SBE Rulemaking Update

SBE shared this graphic timeline of the rulemaking process in the September 91原创 Meeting materials. It shows what has been done in terms of draft rule outreach and where we are in the rulemaking process regarding graduation requirements.

SBE received testimony from 21 people at a Public Hearing on October 24 at the Old Capitol Building (photos below) in Olympia and remotely at ESD 112 in Vancouver, ESD 105 in Yakima, and ESD 101 in Spokane. The hearing ran from 10 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

The 91原创 must review public testimony and official written feedback, then consider final adoption of rules at the November 6-7 91原创 Meeting in Bremerton.
